I recently had a very bad experience at Whitney's. It concluded with Whitney admitting that he had lied to me about what work they really did and that he didn't care. He ended up breaking my radiator while doing a coolant drain and refill. When I brought my car down the street to another shop they said that Whitney's is the shop with the most complaints in the area. Take my advice: ask anyone in cars about Whitneys before you go there and you will find out that they are no good. I found out the hard way and lost hundreds of dollars there.
