Review content:
Hope Lumber was a subcontractor for my new condominium complex and installed hardware and door knobs. My door knobs began falling off in a matter of months. Because I was still under warranty, I called the phone number listed in order to have the problem corrected. The company had changed phone numbers after completing the job.
Pros: They finally acknowledged that there company was responsible for repairing their work.
Cons: The repairman has not returned any of my calls.
