For a restaurant that advetises they're open until 10PM on a Thursday night, they were certainly not customer focused when they refused to seat us at 9:20PM. I had a friend flying in from out of town who had looked forward to eating at the restaurant all day, had her flight delayed, yet made it in what should have been plenty of time.
Pros: Food is really good, if they decide to seat you
Cons: Prove that they already make plenty of money by refusing to seat you half an hour before closing!
