I lived in this apt. for over a year, never paid anything late, left the apt. in immaculate condition(I had the carpet professionally steam-cleaned & cleaned everything in the apt.) ...and I was charged $300 for cleaning! AND after I left the apt, they obviously had no way of contacting me ( why would they need to) so they let this $300 fee add up every month, so the additional late costs were $260 and I was reported to a collection agency. Do not live here if you're a single woman or have kids. Some of the tenants are questionable. My car was broken into in their gated parking lot and that's why I moved. I paid $340 to repair my car.
