Review content:
I have been to my share of steakhouses in the Dallas area and this one tops them all. The atmosphere embraces you immediately upon entering the restaurant, and your hostess is prompt to greet your party. While waiting for others to arrive, the bar is a grand place to have that first drink to start off your wonderful dinner experience. Once you cross the threshold into the dining room, you know it is going to be a great meal because your surroundings set the mood of nothing other than pure pleasure. The wine menu is extensive, so take your pick, and look, caviar, who could fathom a better amuse bouche. All of the appetizers are great, but my favorite is the crab cakes. Don't pick your main dish on the menu just yet because the waiter/waitress always brings out a nice presentation of a selection of meat that's off of the menu. If you have a group of 3 or 4 people, the Chateaubriand is perfect because it's enough to split between all of you. Also, it really feels like velvet in your mouth, and the taste is nothing that you've ever encountered. I usually don't have room for dessert, so I can't say much about that course of your meal, but you should be quite satisfied after all of the delicious food that you've devoured. I always choose this place for a great birthday outing or a when my husband loses a bet against me, so enjoy because your time there will pass entirely too fast.
Pros: Atmosphere, Food, Wine, Bar
