Review content:
I bought my car from them 2 months ago (at their 53rd st. location). 3 days after I bought it, the check engine light came on. I took it back, told them I smelled oil too. they told me it was the catalytic converter and because the car was sitting that was normal. They reset the light and told me to drive the car more. since I signed ""as is"" not a lot I could do except to take Chris' (the manager) word that if there were any problems in the first 30 days they'd take care of it. After the reset, it came back, 7 days later. I took it back, they kept it for two days and hadn't even looked at it. I couldn't be without my car and set an appt. with them to do it 10 days later while I was out of town for 5 days. when I picked the car up (now the 3rd time), they HADN'T EVEN TOUCHED IT. They reset the light for the 3rd time. \r

I drove out to phoenix and my light came on. I took it to a mechanic out there: it was the catalytic converter and I had an oil leak soaking the exhaust system. I called Chris while in Phoenix. He felt really bad and told me go online and pick out a new car, obviously the one I had was becoming a headache for both parties and in the name of the good reputation they wanted to keep, they felt a different vehicle was the best way to resolve the issue. I went to the site, picked out a few cars and emailed chris as he asked with my choices. \r

I went to pick up my new car and sign a new contract as the cars I chose were higher priced than the one I bought. chris says to me ""yeah, I talked to the owner and we really can't get you into a new car. We can't afford it."" But, we'd like to go ahead and take your car and get it fixed correctly this time and I GUARANTEE I will have your car back to you on tuesday. \r

TWO WEEKS later, chris delivers the car to me. Warning me they have not driven the car the 150 miles to recycle the light. but says they drove it half the mileage. When I check my mileage, I discover they haven't even driven it 20 miles.
Pros: friendliness
Cons: everything else from staff to honesty
