I hired them to clean only the downstairs part of my house. I was quoted $180 but after the 4 1/2 hours of cleaning, I was charged $320. It was a very poor job, and a great deal of items were still left dirty and untouched. I called and requested my ""satisfaction guarantee"" for them to come back and finish... especially since I was charged twice what I was quoted, and got no return phone calls for over a week. I had schedule for weekly cleaning and one week later, no cleaning service. They completely forgot. Once we finally connected again, they told me it was too late to come back for my satisfaction guarantee re-cleaning. I told them I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they were completely unconcerned. Not customer service friendly, what-so-ever. After that, I hired The Cleaning Authority. They were absolutely AWESOME. They quoted a price and stuck to it. They spent the same 4 1/2 hours as Maid Brigade, but in this case, my house was clean and beautiful once they finished. Nothing was missed. The people were highly professional, and they even had a supervisor come over after the cleaning to investigate the quality, which is their standard policy. So far, I've had The Cleaning Authority over twice and plan have them come by weekly. Night and Day difference in companies.
