This is a great service that was extremely helpful. As soon as I signed up online I got a phone call and also text messages from Natalie helping me find an apartment in Austin. With her help I was not at all stressed out about finding an apartment. Websites can be very confusing and misleading but speaking with someone that knows the area and also a lot about the apartments was a huge help.
