I beg of you. Those who are thinking about signing with Topaz. DONNNNTTTT!! Don't do it. This company is run by unethical, scum-bag, dirty, filthy, grimy, sht-for-brains a-holes. I have been here for two years and can't begin to explain how bad this place is. The ""super"" is a fat lazy piece of sht who spends most of his time across the street talking to his buddies. When they repaint, they do it in 5 minutes; leaving your doorknobs and mirrors covered with paint. When you try to call the super, he never picks up the phone, and even when he says that he will fix it, he never does. The company adds no value to your apartment yet they will still charge you more money/month at the end of the year. Please don't rent from them. They deserve to go out of business. I will make it my mission that these a-holes go out of business.
