Review content:
Cotters is by far may favorite lunch spot in town! It's patio in the warmer months puts you right on the Avenue and you can people watch for hours. Their food is a step above the rest. My favorite is the Tuna Salad - they meld together fresh tuna with veggies and just the right amount of spice for a fabulous lunch (or dinner). My second favorite is their Fish Tacos - before or after a game, they are perfect and always good. The servers there are outstanding. I have never had to ask for more water or a refill. Since it is within walking distance of pretty much anything you want to do for a night out, it is a great spot to grab a bite or just a drink with friends!
Pros: Never had a bad meal there
Cons: I can never decide what I want to eat
