Businiess name:  Dixie's BBQ
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
This place is great! I lived in South Carolina and since moving back to the Pacific NW I have missed southern cooking but not anymore! Dixie BBQ is authentic 100% from the sweet tea to the bbq pork sandwich to ""The Man"" himself. I do feel the need to warn hot sauce novice's to watch out for 'The Man"" sauce. I consider myself to be a hot sauce aficianado and there is only one sauce that is hotter than ""The Man"" sauce. If you can eat jalepenos by the handfull spread this stuff all over! Make sure to have a nice tall glass of sweet tea standing by. It's the only thing that will put out the fire! Pros: Inexpensive, Good parking, Not crowded Cons: Suburbia, Cash only
