I got a Groupon for laser hair removal here and have done both Brazilian bikini and underarms for several sessions with great results. Everyone has been nice, the facilities are clean, and scheduling has been easy. I've seen two technicians who were both great - really friendly, consistently making sure I was comfortable and listened to what I was looking for before starting the procedure.
I really like NuVision - I went to another laser center before this and was extremely unhappy with the customer service, although the treatments were fine (but not as good as at NuVision). I made sure that NuVision used the same lasers as my previous location before switching (they do - Cynosure Elite), and I recommend you keep that in mind too - all lasers are not created equal, and you should stick with one type for best results (assuming it's working).
I highly recommend getting laser hair removal to anyone who's considering it. Yes, it hurts. Sometimes it hurts a lot, especially the Brazilian. But it's so worth it - you can see results after the first session (the hair comes back thinner, and slower), and each subsequent session hurts less and less. I definitely recommend taking Advil or Tylenol before your session, and make sure you shave well the night before.
The underarms hurt way less than the Brazilian, and my technician said that it's the most successful area - in that lasers work really well there for pretty much everyone. I can't wait to not have to shave at all, but I can already go 5 or so days before I have to shave, and even if I don't, the hair is much thinner than it used to be (after 3 sessions).
For the Brazilian, the hair is completely gone in most areas (after 6 sessions) and very fine in others. It's amazing. Totally worth the pain, especially considering I won't have to get waxes ever again. I can't recommend it enough, and NuVision is a great place to get started. Don't be scared, just do it!
