12/13/2010- TERRIBLE! I scheduled a car service for the early AM roundtrip to JFK the evening before. The guy, although cold and rude on the telepone, sounded accomodating. Needless to say, 445am, I am waiting for the guy who assured me of his presence the evening before and he never showed, would not answer the phone and eventually turned his phone off. I left multiple messages while waiting, and the guy ""Mazer"" did not even have the decency to apologize or return a message for not showing.
UNRELIABLE, FOR THE SAME PRICE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH BETTER SERVICE AND MORE RELIABILITY!
