Review content:
My son and daughter have attended Kids Swim First in Perry Hall. Two years ago they went for two sessions and had very nice and compassionate teachers. We just ended a session where I pulled my children out of the lesson half way though the last class. The teacher was rude, uncaring and just plain mean. We missed the first class due to illness and I had called ahead of time to let them know. I was told she would call me back to reschedule - she never did. I mentioned it two her the next week and she told me she would call me that evening at 7 pm - she never did. Finally, on the third week, I asked again and I was told I would get a credit for the next session. My children were afraid of her and my son cried before going to class each week. In the five classes that we attended she never once smiled at my children or showed any emotion other than yelling at them. During the last class I had had enough when she starting yelling at my four year old son. I would never send my child to this swim school because on top of being mean this teacher was not a good instructor. They are further behind now then when we took lessons two years ago.
