Hello, my name is Lacey Paulhus and I am the office manager at DCDS. My job is to make our customers happy and it is really upsetting the see these reviews. I work very hard and it's unfortunate that people only review the negative. We are making changes in the office to make scheduling easier for the customers and lower the call volume. I really take pride in my work and making this business successful. I know that I can't make everyone happy but I would like to try. If anyone has complaints, please contact me directly or I will answer your reviews on here. I will happily take criticism to make our business better.
