Review content:
I responded to ad in a local paper for an apartment listing thinking it was an actual apartment not a rental company. Instead I got this rental agency. I was told that for a fee $89 I could get local listings if I didn't find anything no problem I could get a refund. I didn't find an apartment and my situation did change. I was informed that I was ineligible for a refund because I didn't check every week for new listings. I had paid over the phone and thought in good faith I could get a refund. Most of the listings come from other newspapers so you really don't need the service, Always read the fine print....especially with Always Rentals...lesson learned don't trust the seemingly nice rental agent. Pros: did provide many listings Cons: difficult to read in the way its formatted, shady advertising, many can be found in newspapers and other local advertising publication
