OMG I called this place today about a rental that I was interested in seeing and I got some older woman on the phone who was asking me all these questions that were none of her DAMN BUSINESS!! I told her that I may have some medical bills on my credit but nothing major then she asked me what my Husband made per hour and I told her then she was like well with money like that why do you have those on your credit? I told her that i didn't feel that I needed to explain that to her that I was simply asking a damn question. She was totally out of line with many other things so I quickly got off the phone with her. There is no way i would rent from this place. I am just thankful that I figured that out before I rented a property. I tell ya what ever happened to owners renting out their own properties??? Most property management companies are charging huge deposits and require perfect credit.
