Review content:
The staff is inadequate, under-informed, and lacks experience. There were constant staffing changes and rotations which resulted in a lack of any one person that could intelligently respond to my questions/concerns. On numerous occasions it resulted in a loss of documentation and additional charges that were unnecessary. I felt as if my whole experience there was horrible and the worst mistake I could have made.
Pros: location, near the beach
Cons: Parking, monthly fees, knowledgeable staff
