Review content:
In the end, I got a quality product that was carefully installed. I had a poor first experience with a sales person who was confused and misrepresented what I was buying. Also I felt the initial installation was a little sloppy. When I emailed my grievances to one of the managers, I received an apology and the situation was resolved to my satisfaction. I think their pricing could be more competitive with online and large electronics retailers, but they did stand behind their work and reputation to fix my problem.
Pros: friendly, good customer service and issue resolution
