Review content:
Boarded my bird for an extended period of time. When we arrived, the establishment was filthy and filled with the worst pet stench imaginable. The woman behind the counter seemed to be involved in a phone call regarding a personal issue and made us wait ten minutes (we were the only people there) to be helped, even though we were in a huge hurry to catch a plane. They had 3 dogs running loose in the desk area with potty pads on the floor. They put my bird in his small cage on a desk about 3 feet off the ground underneath a cabinet surrounded by the three loose dogs. When we arrived to pick the bird up, his cage was filthy, had not been cleaned or newspaper changed after weeks of being boarded. They returned the used food containers moldy, having not even rinsed them out. My poor bird was depressed. It was a few dollars a day less than the other clinics in the area, but pay the extra to board somewhere else for your pets' well being. I will never return to this clinic.
