My facial at this spa was the worst spa experience I have ever had. First, the place is very crowded, noisy and dated; don?t count on relaxing there. My room was so small my feet were touching the wall! During the facial, the aesthetician rushed through every process, kept the door to the loud corridor open, and then disappeared for 15-20 minutes a few times. I had the strange feeling that she had another client at the same time. The flimsy harmonica doors, when closed, didn?t silence the noise in the corridor, so I didn?t get the expected relaxing experience. I left the place more tense than I came in. I have been having facials for 11 years now, so I know what to expect, and this spa failed at everything. I went with a friend, who?s reflexology appointment was late because the masseuse took someone else without an appointment instead of my friend. Her facial was as rushed as mine. I admit the prices are lower than anywhere else in the city, but it?s not worth it. I can get more attention from a drive-thru attendant than I did at this place.
