My facial here was really good. I agree they don't pamper you here as much as other places do, but I just wanted a good, clean facial at a good price and that is what I got. The service was good. My facialist's name was Eva and she was polite and sweet. The extraction was gentle yet thorough. The masks smelled great and tremendously helped my problem areas. I was here on a weekday and the experience was mostly relaxing and quiet. I could hear rustling in the hallway once in awhile but it was barely noticeable. Afterwards I got a free skin consultation where someone took the time to listen to my concerns and recommended alot of yummy sounding products, which are ALL reasonably priced, much cheaper than department store products. I bought one product and ended up walking out with a sample of everything my consultant recommended. Overall I was very happy with my experience.
