Review content:
I went to Mario Badescu for three years. For two of those three years I just bought their products, and for the last one I only went for their facials. I have only seen the customer service plunge for the worst since I started going. The last time I went for a facial (which was the last time I will ever have anything to do with them again), my facialist made it clear that I was not welcome back to that spa ever again unless I bought all their ridiculous masks and products which I do not need. To be more exact, as she was cleaning my face from the last mask of the facial (which was their basic mask) she went into a monologue about how Mario badescu was open only to "make money" and "see results", and that I "obviously" did not care about the quality of my skin. She went on to say that I was "wasting her time" and recommended I go to someone else for facials, or to another place. Talk about horrible customer service! On top of the fact that the spa girls are not at all nice, the quality of the facials stink, too. My face was left temporarily scarred a few times and I have noticed that my nose has striations, or marks, that it did not have before - and I do not touch my face. Contrary to what this woman said about me, I am very orthodox about having good and healthy-looking skin, which is why I want to share my story with anyone who is even considering giving this place a try. I don't want you to waste your time, money, and skin on this disastrous place. There are friendlier, better quality spas out there that have much more relaxing vibes and tons better customer service.
