Review content:
All the negative reviews are genuine. Not only the facial started 20 mins late for whatever reason, during the facial, my facialist stepped in and out, in and out at least 5 times. The worst thing is, other facialist just barged into my room without knocking and started to argue with my facialist for an admin problem. This is the one of the worst facial experience ever. However I have to say the product is gentle and the facial is not bad.
