I've gotten glycolic treaments there and they've definitely helped me. The facialists are proficient and efficient. They keep everything on schedule. They are also very generous with samples. The only bad thing is their customer service. From my experience, I have only ever encountered one courteous receptionist. Whenever I try to make an appointment I get a major dose of attitude from the receptionists. They really don't bother to accommodate working women. Their evenings hours are limited to only two nights a week; their first appointment of the day isn't until 9:30 even though they claim to be open at 8:30. I think they do good work for the price but the gatekeepers are very unpleasant.
