Loungefly, I Couldn't agree more. After the management change- things went downhill quickly. Customer service ... well to be frank, it sucks. The wine isn't as good anymore since the wine maker left and the ""flavored alcohol"" is overpriced. Maybe if the wine maker was still there it would be better. I think maybe a change in management would make things better as well. I wouldn't even recommend them to a fruit fly now. It really is such a shame that they aren't as good as they use to be. Guess its just one more reason to go to the Beaumont or Grapevine location! :) They opened a new location in Galveston as well but its same general manager I believe. I know they won't be seeing me in either any time soon.
Pros: MUCH better before new management in several ways
