I've been here 3 times, but yesterday's visit will be my last. The service, in short, was probably the worst I've experienced. They have great burgers (why I went for lunch yesterday), but the bar service was pretty appalling. My boyfriend, for reasons only known to the kitchen staff, was served his side dish first. Then, 10 minutes later, he received his entree and I was given something that I didn't order. Instead of getting the kitchen to fire up the correct dish quickly (I used to be a chef, so know this is possible), I had to wait another 30 MINUTES while the bartender/waitress carefully avoided us. Hoping to salvage the meal, I then asked for my entree to go. Imagine our surprise when, 10 minutes after my boyfriend had finished his entire meal (why have his lunch ruined?), my order came back, WRONG AGAIN. I told the bartender/waitress that I would not be taking my meal with me or paying for it (no apologies coming from them). The only time the service was attentive was when I reached for my credit card. Surprisingly, they actually charged me for his meal.
