Ian has cleaned our entire home 4 times. Each time he asked for specific directions as to what I want him to do. He also sets my expectations for each area and what service he will be doing. Every time he has gone above and beyond what he promises!!! He even offers to come back the next day to fix ANY problem area that we are not happy with(which has not happened). If you are in the Richmond hill area, CCC is the only company you need to trust to professionally clean your flooring. Lastly, I have a 3000 square foot home and each cleaning has been around $300.
