Review content:
I am not a patient at the facility but a spouse of a patient who is seen there. I have nothing but good to say about the doctors, but my feelings toward the staff are different. As a professional, I find it repulsive how they treat patients who are already under stress and suffering with emotional issues. The front desk staff, one in particulary, uses the words yea and hey what do you want. I also heard her say if you ""got a problem go somewhere else, so stop bothering us up here"", and the patient only asked, how much longer will it be. I know that these staff members would NEVER speak like that in front of a physician and treat the patients with such poor behaivor. These staff members need to stop thinking as they patients as ""crazy"" but as people. I also understand that certain places are going to hire certain types of people to maintain the help, but like any business, staff can make or break you. In this case, I would never use them due to the fact that the staff is your first point of contact when entering the facility. Pros: The Doctors Cons: The Front Staff-Be prepared to be treated poorly.
