DO NOT move into these apartments. The actual apartments, though out-dated and in need of a little work, were decent for the price. But the management was horrible and I wish I had looked at the reviews before I moved in. They never answer the phone or return phone calls (it rings once and goes straight to an answering machine). They took forever to come in to fix a couple problems with my water heater and bathtub while I was living there. The Asian lady manager was extremely rude and completely annoying every time I had to talk to her.
And to top it all off, I NEVER RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK with no explanation and no way to contact them (as I stated before, they don't answer the phone). I was a perfect tenant, paid rent on time, and kept everything clean and in working order. Since they outright stole my deposit, I am trying to take them to small claims court, but I have a feeling nothing will come of it and they will have successfully gotten away with stealing money from another tenant. Read the other reviews and you will see they say the same things.
Please, DO NOT move in and continue to let them steal from the tenants!
