If you have GOOD CREDIT, STRONG RENTAL REFERENCES and a SOLID JOB INCOME this may be the place for you. Many of the prior negative reviewers did not have these and they have long since left. The OWNERS and MANAGEMENT are seeking good people who will appreciate what we can offer them as long-term tenants living in and benefiting from these well-located fairly priced apartments. Take a look and check out many of the unit upgrades that can be had for much less than other less desirable areas to live in Seattle.
