Review content:
They did an okay job with the jewelry piece I took in. I know why the owner has his daughters greet the customers instead of doing it himself. This jeweler only cares about very expensive diamonds and has no sensitivity for anything less. When I had a question about my diamond, he immediately began to defend himself and thought that I was accusing him. When I realized he wasn't answering my question, I was already in tears. He was very riled up and annoyed by my question stating that he was unable to work with my diamond anymore. And just like that he forever lost my business. This stingy insensitive man not only has a language barrier but judges you based on your diamond. Little does he know that I will be an influential person in a couple of years working with people in and around west u. When asked to recommend a jeweler....he will be the last person on my list.
Pros: Nice daughters
Cons: horrible customer service, parking, personality of owner!
