Review content:
After taking Kaplan courses and being an employee at the Austin Kaplan center, I can tell you it was a HUGE mistake!!! I would never wish this upon anyone. The course instructors and content may be decent. BUT, the Management (megan) and the company as a whole will do anything they can to take your money. They are bad people that ABSOLUTELY DO NOT have the students best interest in mind. They make false claims about their courses and their costs to get you to enroll, tell you that they will give you your money back - but then will not practice what they preach. The customer service is very poor.
