Review content:
I came to Yoga Vida with no prior yoga experience. There are all levels of yogis in the classes, and each one of us gets a full and totally challenging practice at each class. I have taken classes with all the instructors, and they are uniformly supportive, challenging, instructional and attentive to the needs of the class, whether there are 5 or 50 students in the class. I do not know how the instructors sense the varying skill levels of the students in the class, but they always seem to know the very best way to challenge everyone from the beginners to the most experienced. When you practice at Yoga Vida, you become a member of a family, with all the support and acceptance that you would want from your own family. I have tried some other studios, and determined long ago that had I started anywhere other than Yoga Vida, I would not have continued in my practice. That is not to take anything away from other studios, but to accent the fact that Yoga Vida is a unique experience that will change your life, whether you are a beginner or an accomplished yogi. 5 stars is not enough.
