Review content:
I just got back from an office lunch here. The waitress spilled an entire tray of drinks on me. We were a table of 12, and there was a 10 minute span between the first plate and last plate being brought out. I had a pork sandwich with bleu cheese and grilled onions, which was alright but not great. Despite walking out of there with a completely damp shirt and pants, I was not offered to have my meal comp'ed or anything. When I realized there was no mention of compensation for the crappy service, I thought ""Well at least I can reflect the service in the tip..."". Nope. The gratuity was included. And it was 20% gratuity, not 15% (standard); I would have left out about $10 in tip if I had the choice (to cover my sandwich). I couldn't really make a fuss either as I was seated next to my boss. I guess my only solace is that I will never go back.
