Review content:
My father has lived at Park Manor of South Belt for over 8 years. We are very happy with his care. The staff has been here for years and is very friendly and caring. Nobody is perfect but any concerns I have had were addressed. Communication is the key and make sure if there is a problem you bring it to thier attention as soon as possible. What I see happening is too many new comers expect it to be like the hospital. This is not the hospital. This is my fathers home and I do not like people talking bad about his home.
Pros: home like enviroment, friendly caring staff
Cons: needs more room for activities
