What a disappointment! Most spots in K-town have wonderful customer service and usually bend over backwards to accommodate guests, but this joint, albeit a cool spot, needs to train their staff on customer service. Using a tired excuse of ""we have other customers who would gladly comply with our policy,"" when asked to agree to a completely reasonable request regarding meeting equivalent charges/fees, and with their ""combo"" menu sets being a rip off for what you get (undoubtedly just padded-in service fees masquerading as a deal), this place is a pass.
