This past week I ordered a cake from Celso's Cake and the service was awful! First, the cake did not have the design (i.e. the Ruby ribbon in celebration of my parents 40th wedding anniversary) as requested and as I understood the cake flavor should have been chocolate and it was vanilla. The owner told me that the cake can feed up to 40, more like 60-80, the cake was huge. I ended paying a lot more for a cake that was too big and it was not what I thought I ordered. When I called the owner to complain, she did not offer an apology and could only offer me 10% on my next purchase. Well, I do not plan to order a cake from the company again, basically we ended up giving away the cake and trashed most of it because it was not the chocolate cake that I thought was ordered. I was so disappointed in this over priced cake - it was all for my parent's 40th wedding anniversary! Apparently, the owner doesn't care about that - she just wants the money! Lesson learned!
