Do not use!
I found Kimm Fetzer on a craigslist ad. Indeed Kimm is a good (not fine) carpenter. The problem is that he does not complete the job and keeps asking for more money.
Always a plausible excuse for not showing up, wife?s teeth, dog dying, house with electrical problems, and relatives with carpentry demands. I had contracted with him for several medium sized projects on my house. He completed none although I paid him in full. Completely uncommunicative, especially towards the end where he disappeared with his tools and full supplies for a screened in porch and a stair railing. He started a one month (his estimate) project and stretched it out to four. I?m out several thousand dollars and need to get my house re-keyed.
His bid was extremely reasonable and he definitely knows most everything about carpentry and remodeling. And, throughout the four months he would show up and bang out a chunk of work which is why I kept paying.
