Worked for Kris and Greg for a little bit and I have nothing bad to say about Greg. Greg was a good guy to work with and knew what he was doing; the only one that knew what he was doing. Kris is a total ass that thinks the world revolves around him but really would be nothing without Greg's talent. Kris would promise the world to his customers and then talk trash when they weren't around. He made his workers look bad by yelling at them that things weren't being done right when the customer is around but then would tell us to do things half ass when we were doing it right so we would get done faster. It was about doing things fast not about doing it right. If you see Kris doing something get Greg to do it or it will look like crap.
On top of being a crappy boss Kris was also unfair when it came to paying. I never got a check on time and the one time I did I had to wait over a week for it to clear. Most of the workers are paid under the table anyways just like the other reviewer said. He is not your friend. He is a two faced ass looking to take your money and run.. well until he has to come back next year to fix whatever is breaking.
Don't work for the guy and don't let him work on your house unless Greg is around. Nothing will get done right otherwise.
