This was the first time I used Bullies Carpet Cleaning. I have used others like Stanley Steamers and others to clean my 3200 sq. foot home. I have four dogs who have urinated on my very light carpet and left stains. All the other companies I have used could never get the carpets cleaned and get the smell and yellow out. Well, I am here to say Bullies DID!!! My carpet looks like brand new. No smell, bright and CLEAN, CLEAN CLEAN!!!! They took their time to listen to my concerns and what other companies told me, and were able to dail in the chemicals to do a fantastic job. I will never use any other company. I have a white couch that my bigger dog likes to use as a scratching post which she has turned it into an ugly shade of brown. They cleaned that too without an extra charge and I have a new looking white couch again. The care they took to make this customer happy is over and above any consumer has ever done! If I could post pictures I would. I highly recommend using this company if you want your carpets done right. If you have pet stains, this is the company to use..Trust me, I know what I am talking about...I hope this helps anyone out there who wants a trustworthy cleaning service who stand behind their reputation.
