i was looking up the phone number to Billy's when i came across this site and read the previous reviews. i was really disturbed by the previous negative review, and after reading it i had to respond. my family and i have been shopping at Billy's ever since i was a little girl (i am 24 now), we have always been shown the best costumer service and have recommended them to EVERYONE. i am always buying new clothes or boots from Billy's and they have always honored my returns (no matter what the problem is) they even honored a manufacture defect on my boots when the stitching started to come undone. it did take a few weeks to get my boots back from the manufacture but when i got them back they were good as new! i highly recommend Billy's Western Wear to anyone who wants to shop worry free and find reasonable prices on todays top fashions because from cowboys(girls) to city divas, they got it all! for us all :)
