the company is suppose tol help familys that are having hard time and difficultys, but thats not what they are doing . they give you the run around and leave you high and cold there was a family that need help they there with ths othere family living in there car and living on can goods they called and called the office for help but they keep tellin them there was no money for them and send them on there way ans said better luck next time . thars what the casemanager Pat said to the family and that she was serving familys that applied in SEP and there was only one family and she had to wait 30 days to hear back from them. So this letts me know that there main reson for having funds is to send need familys out to the cold.
