I never knew a towing company could get away with fraud. My Dad had or really this woman had a driving altercation with my Dad. This woman was flipping the finger and yelling at my Father b/c she thought he was trying to run her off the road. Big misunderstanding on the woman's part. Anyhow, my Dad let it slide b/c he knew the lady was having a bad day. He didn't realize the lady followed him to his apartment complex until he starting walking to his door. He thought to himself how weird it was that she knew or lived in the same complex. He saw her on the phone next to his car. When she left he evaluated his vehicle for vandalism and proceeded inside as he didn't see anything out of the ordinary. He went to sleep, woke up and his car was missing. He thought it was stolen but found out J&J Towing impounded his car! What reason? They claim the Manager of the complex requested but when we asked what Manager called they couldn't give us an explanation. When you drive into the apt. complex there is a big sign that says TOWING ENFORCED J&J TOWING and their number. So, obviously this woman got on the phone and requested my Dad's car be towed. THIS IS ILLEGAL! My Dad spoke with an officer and he pretty much told my Dad that it is his word against J&J. Why are these scums in business??
