Review content:
I learned about Signature Bistro from a friend who lives in the Seabrook area and rated it highly for the food and personal service. We have dined there twice now and have enjoyed both experiences. It's a mom-pop bistro and the owners are always around. Service has been excellent. The salads are probably the best feature on the menu, and we've not been disappointed by the entrees. SB is quite small, and can get very loud. Also, there is a door on the front of the building (main dining area) that opens out onto Nasa Rd 1, although the main entrance is in the rear of the buidling. One night we were there and it was quite cold outside. Some idiot parents were allowing their kids to run around and go in and out this door repeatedly, causing the place to be cold and the rest of the customers to be quite agitated. Another night we had several people walk in thinking it was the main entrance.
Pros: Service, salads, wine list, entrees
Cons: Cramped dining room, loud, and that @!%$ front door!
