My husband and I stayed in the Seabrook , TX area for 10 days during the holidays , and after discovering the Signature Bistro we went back 3 times for lunch and dinners. It's the sort of restaurant experience you always hope to have, but seldom do. The food is superb, and I can't say enough about the service. Everything we ate there was wonderful - as well as a good value. And we were made to feel welcome and appreciated from our first visit. The NEW OWNERS, Melissa Elizabeth and chef Kevin were a pleasure, and their staff is excellent. We cannot wait to return.
Pros: The staff, Melissa, Elizabeth and Chef Kevin were great!
