It's like a couple of the other reviews said?If it's in stock, you'll be happy, but if it's not then heaven help you. Delays, false hope, lack of communication, excuses, very very disappointing. It really doesn't seem like they care about customer service. If I had written the review after placing my in-stock order, I would have given 5 stars. But my custom orders were a nightmare. My advice: If it's not in stock, make them put down IN WRITING when you can expect delivery, then agree upon a discount or something if/when they don't come through on their promises.
