I have to fully agree with the above reviewer. Samson seems to take the term ""slumlord"" out of the slum. If you can find a phone number, just try calling and see for yourself. The people on the other end are angry, rude and make it crystal clear that you are a very replaceable tenant. Through luck, I contacted Zelda (who I believe is a manager) and she was helpful in resolving my issue. Unfortunately, you have a better chance of getting an audience with the Pope then reaching her. The nasty employees will actively avoid transferring you to her using office guerrilla tactics, such as transferring to a dead extension, refusing to transfer your call or just hanging up on you. It's a shame because I like the apartment.
