Stay away from this company. They are nice enough to get you through the door but thats where the niceness ends. I lived at 2 North Broadway in white plains for a few years.the builiding's super is a senior citizen half cripple eastern european smoker lady named r***. r*** is scum, laziness and ineffectiveness personified. the building manager j*****(he represents samson) would have to be her son because he walks right in her footsteps but he's a bit taller with the personality of a rabid hyena.
This company is without a shred of doubt one of the most unprofessional companies in the country and they should be avoided at all cost. I learned the hard way and you dont have to. RUN!
When i finaly moved out because the mice asked me to in not so many words, this company had the nerve to dock me on about 40% of my security deposit because the retarded super claimed i returned the keys late even though i moved out before the end of the month and had stopped by twice to return the keys and she was not home. The list goes on and on about all the things that can go wrong dealing with samson management. if you doubt my review, stop by 2 north broadway in white plains and talk to any of the tenants about the building, what is suspected to be asbestos in the textured paint of some of the apartments , the super, and mice and you would have done yourself a huge favor.
