Review content:
I took my BMW in for an Inspection I, which is basically a tune-up and an oil change. The shop charged me $510. No joke, they didn't even rotate my tires! On the bright side, the environment was very clean. I was dumb and didn't my research prior to going here, there are much better places in Wilmington to take a BMW that wouldn't charge of what Schaeffer does. Do not go here for service.
Pros: Many shiny cars.
Cons: Horrible and overpriced service.
